A high staff ratio ensures intensive individual support and one-to-one skill building. Cambian has a minimum staffing ratio of 2 patients to 1 member of staff.

In addition, our multi-disciplinary team monitor closely our therapeutic inputs and this way we ensure that every patient has the best chance of acquiring the skills and structure to integrate into the community.
